1. Description of the Service
MailFlow is an email management and filtering service that allows users to connect their Gmail accounts and use tools for organizing and filtering email. The Service uses Google's Gmail API and OAuth 2.0 authorization system to provide Gmail-related functionality. Features may include email filtering, categorization, labeling, organization, and other email-management functions made available through the Service.
2. Google Account Authorization
To use Gmail-related functionality, you may be required to authorize MailFlow to access specific information from your Google account. You authorize access through Google's OAuth authorization process. MailFlow does not request or store your Google password. The permissions requested by MailFlow are limited to those necessary for the features you choose to use. You may revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings. You remain responsible for your Google account and for maintaining its security.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate applicable laws, access another person's Gmail account without authorization, bypass Google's authentication or security systems, interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malware or phishing messages, or use the Service in a way that violates Google's applicable policies or terms.
4. Gmail Data
Your use of Gmail through MailFlow remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and requirements. MailFlow accesses Gmail data only after you provide authorization through Google's OAuth consent process. The way we collect, use, store, and protect Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Filtering and Automated Actions
Depending on the features you enable, MailFlow may automatically analyze or process emails and may perform actions that you have authorized, such as categorizing messages or applying Gmail labels. You are responsible for reviewing your filtering rules and configuration before enabling automated processing. MailFlow does not guarantee that automated filtering will always correctly identify or categorize every email. You should maintain appropriate backups and review important messages independently where necessary.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party services, including Google APIs, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, security services, analytics services, or other providers necessary to operate the Service. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
